This website is provided for information about our services. You may browse it and submit an enquiry, but you may not scrape it at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

Content, copy, and design on this site belong to Agenco unless attributed otherwise.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Work begins only under a signed statement of work that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria, and fees.

Changes to an agreed scope are handled through a written change order. We will always tell you the cost and schedule impact before starting additional work.

On full payment, you own the source code, infrastructure definitions, and documentation produced specifically for your engagement.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tooling, internal libraries, and general know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use any of it that is embedded in your deliverables.

Engagements are billed either as fixed-scope milestones or on a monthly retainer, as set out in the statement of work. Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

Either party may end a retainer with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to the end date remains payable.

We warrant that work is performed with professional skill and care, and we fix defects in delivered work reported within 30 days of acceptance at no charge.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
