When you contact us we collect only what is needed to reply: your name, email address, company, and the details of the brief you submit. There are no tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site.

During a client engagement we process only the data required to deliver the agreed scope. Where production data is involved, we prefer anonymised or synthetic datasets and request access to real records only when the work cannot be completed otherwise.

Inbound enquiries are used to scope, quote, and deliver engineering work. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Aggregated, non-identifying information may be used internally to understand which services are in demand.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is limited to the engineers assigned to your engagement, under least-privilege controls with audited access.

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months. Client project data is retained for the term of the contract plus any period required by law, then deleted or returned in a portable format at your request.

We use a small set of infrastructure and communication providers to run our business, such as cloud hosting, email, and source control. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and is selected for its security posture.

For client work, we deploy into your infrastructure and accounts wherever possible so your data stays under your control.

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Because we operate globally, we apply GDPR-level rights to everyone regardless of where you are located.
